For 3–5 units, Growth adds cleaner scheduling, vendor dispatch, owner reporting, invoicing and expenses. For 6 or more units, or a team and several revenue streams, choose Business. Everything runs alongside your booking platform, such as Hospitable or Guesty, which keeps handling calendar sync.
Can I upgrade my plan as I grow?
Yes, anytime. We add the automations, adjust your retainer and credit the setup fee you've already paid toward the new plan's setup fee.
What tools does Makani AI use?
We build on Make.com, use AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features, and connect to tools many businesses already use, such as Google Workspace, Calendly and Stripe. We confirm the connections for your tools during discovery.
What if I want to cancel?
Plans continue month to month after a 3-month minimum, with no cancellation penalty.
Is Hawaiʻi GET included?
No. General excise tax (4.712%) is added as a separate line on each invoice.
